  • Orders placed through prestinao.shop are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delays may occur due to incomplete payments, incorrect shipping information, or high seasonal demand.
  • If any issues arise, our support team will reach out to you at support@prestinao.shop before dispatching your order.

2. Shipping Timeframe


  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is generally 20–30 business days.
  • While we work hard to meet these timelines, unexpected factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday congestion may cause slight variations. If delays occur, we will keep you updated.

3. Customs & Duties

  • Since we ship exclusively within the U.S., customs duties and import taxes do not apply.
  • For questions regarding local regulations, please contact your local postal service or reach out to us directly.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • Prestinas ships to all standard U.S. addresses.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to military base addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

5. Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

6. Additional Information

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays.
  • Please double-check your shipping details when placing an order. Prestinas is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address submissions or carrier-related issues.
  • Expedited or priority shipping options are currently not available.
